TEAM ONE BASEBALL WILL NOW FEATURE PARTICIPATING UNDER ARMOUR
TOURNAMENT PLAYERS IN THE POINT, CLICK, & RECRUIT DATABASE

Newport Beach, Ca. –Team One Baseball, the showcase and tournament division of Baseball Factory, will now feature all participating players from the Under Armour Tournament division within their Point, Click, and Recruit database.

In 2010, Baseball Factory and Team One launched their Point, Click, and Recruit player database. The player database is complimentary to all college recruiters and professional scouts with appropriate credentials. The database features all Baseball Factory and Team One participants who have attended a video session, showcase, or player development event. Each player has their own unique webpage that houses players’ contact, academic, and baseball information. In addition, if a player attends a Baseball Factory or Team One video session, it will feature their scouting report and video footage. It allows for recruiters and scouts the ability to search for a specific need for their individual program or organization.

“We felt that there is a significant need for players to have their scouting report, video footage, contact, academic, and baseball information readily available for recruiters and scouts.” Says Justin Roswell, Senior Director of Team One Baseball and Under Armour Tournaments. “Giving every player who attends our tournaments the ability to send their information to an unlimited number of recruiters is invaluable. It puts the recruiting in the hands of the player.”

Over the last five years of running tournaments, Team One has identified that college recruiters and professional scouts do not always have the budget, time, or ability to attend every single showcase and tournament throughout the recruiting trail. Every player who attends an Under Armour Tournament will be featured in the Point, Click, and Recruit database with their own personal webpage. This will provide each player with added exposure to college coaches, which will improve their recruiting efforts.

All registered participating teams, will have their coaching staff input the information directly into the database. We are excited to help enhance the recruiting efforts of today’s student-athlete.
