Selecting the top ten players from a showcase is no easy feat. Our scouting staff comprised of former and current college coaches, and professional scouts have to weigh many variables. A player’s present and future tools, projectability, game performance, a players ability to handle adversity, and everything else in between. Jim Gemler, Director of Scouting for Team One Baseball and Pete Buck, former DIV 1 college coach selected the top ten players along with an honorable mentions category.
