9/22/13 - Pitched from a 3/4 angle, worked in the bottom of the zone and moved the ball both ways. Fastball topped at 84 with tail and some sink, sat in low 80s. Showed feel for two different versions of breaking ball - slower get-me-over type around 70-71, and a shorter and tighter version with more velocity up to 76. Got to his front side well, and his arm worked with quickness. Worked fast and showed good feel for pitching.

9/22/13 - Showed well in the Futures East Showcase in the stadium Saturday night, then played multiple positions in a Sunday DH. He is an athletic defender with soft, sure hands and quickness in his actions. He has a simple right handed stroke, and does a good job of consistently getting the barrel to contact. Got down the line as well as 4.34.
