Player Development/Exclusive Program: Refund Policy
For all Baseball Factory Player Development events (tournaments and training)
and the company's Exclusive College Recruiting Program, that result in player
cancellation, any payments made prior to an event are transferable without penalty
to a future Baseball Factory event, as long as the event is within the same
calendar year. Player fees will not be refunded.
Injuries, illnesses or other extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on
a case-by-case basis
Team One Events: Refund Policy Team One Showcase and Under Armour Tournament fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or store credit for future events will be issued should a player/team cancel an event any reason.
Signature College Recruiting: Cancellation Policy
On all SCR Programs there is a $200 NON-refundable, but transferable
deposit.
Any payment above the deposit amount is refundable prior to
the event date.
On or after the event date, all payments are NON-refundable,
but transferable.
Under Armour National Tryout: Refund Policy
Under Armour National Tryout fees are non-refundable. Fees will be transferable to another event if the player notifies Baseball Factory of his intent to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tryout. All other player fees are not transferable.
