Borde, Xavier | LHP | 6'2/205 | Loyola (CA) HS
Xavier is a tall, athletic, LHP with good stuff. He has a fastball touching 88 MPH, and throws comfortably from 84-86 MPH. Xavier throws on a downhill plane in good rhythm with a loose arm action. He has an easy delivery, he works both sides of the plate, and he gets outs. Xavier is mechanically sound and if he can work ahead of hitters better and improve his glove side lead, mound effectiveness will further improve. Xavier is a talented LHP with a high ceiling and room to get even better.
Deol, Dutch | OF | 6'3/195 | Aliso Niguel (CA) HS
Dutch is a strong, tall, athletic OF with very good skills. He runs well, has a quick 1st step, and he works to get behind fly balls well. Dutch has a good pre-pitch set-up, he plays through ground balls, and his arm has life and carry to his target. He has soft / playable hands and makes plays on balls hit his way. At the plate, Dutch is an aggressive hitter with a proper load and excellent bat speed. He has a smooth, compact, swing and good pull side power. Strong hitting grades can further improve by letting the outer pitch travel deeper, and hitting to all fields more. Overall, Dutch is a solid offensive and defensive player and a true prospect.
Hart, Jordy | OF/RHP | 5'8/180 | Westlake (UT) HS
Jordy is a strong, stocky, 2-way player with good skills in the OF and on the mound. He currently projects better in the OF as he approaches his Senior year. Jordy was clocked at 6.78 in the 60 yard dash and shows quick feet, and a quick first step in the OF. He reads the ball well, has a reliable glove, and he throws accurately with solid carry to his target. On the mound, Jordy has a compact, balanced approach and a FB touching 87 MPH. He repeats his delivery well and has a good presence on the mound. More glove side lead and better extension will only help mound effectiveness further improve. At the plate, Jordy has good balance and very good bat speed. He has quiet / quick hands, a proper load, and he stays inside the baseball. Jordy can work the ball to all fields and has power into the gaps. Jordy is a talented player who can be a 2 position guy at the next level.
Joe, Connor | 3B | 5'11/190 | Poway (CA) HS
Connor is a strong, loose, very athletic Shortstop / 3rd baseman that will graduate in 2011. Connor has good actions, a soft glove, and he fields the ball cleanly. He has a solid frame, he fields the ball out in front of his body, and has a plus arm, with carry to his target. Connor showed best at 3rd base during his time at Team One West. Offensively, Connor has loose hands, he centers the ball well, and he has solid bat speed. He has a quiet approach, great load, and ball explodes off of his barrel. Connor has power to all fields and more aggressiveness will only help abilities get even better. Connor shows the ability to be an impact player both offensively and defensively at the next level.
McAfee, Brian | RHP | 6'3/180 | Bothell (WA) HS
Brian is a big, strong, projectable, RHP who attacks hitters. Brian's has a FB touching 86 MPH which has late life and A/S run. He has a quiet head, good glove side lead, and good arm speed. Brian maintained his velocity during all of his innings he and he did a nice job working both sides of the plate. Brian has a good presence on the hill and he will be a nice player at the next level.
McCreery, Adam | LHP | 6'7/200 | Bonita (CA) HS
Adam is a big, strong, LHP who stands 6'7" tall. He has excellent presence on the mound and intimidates hitters. He has a FB touching 87 MPH, which cuts and has late life. Adam delivers the ball with good arm speed, and he uses his legs well. He stays quiet through his delivery, pitches to both sides of the plate, and attacks hitters. Adam has solid off-speed pitches and a SL that is very tough to hit. Adam has a projectable Pro body and will be a Pitcher to watch as he approaches his Senior year.
Mikulka, Brandon | OF | 5'11/180 | Ponderosa (CO) HS
Brandon is a strong, athletic, OF with very good skills. In the OF, Brandon gets great reads off the bat, and he tracks it well. He has natural actions, he squares his body to the ball, and he delivers it accurately with carry to his target. At the plate, Brandon is aggressive to the ball, he centers it well, and he has excellent bat speed. He has a soft stride, a short stroke, and can hit the ball hard to the opposite field. Brandon is a talented offensive and defensive player, and he will make an impact wherever he lands.
Perreira-Alquiza, Kaimana | 2B | 5'9/170 | Waimea (HI) HS
Kaimana is a small, strong, 2nd baseman with solid skills. In the INF, he fields the ball in good rhythm, has great range, and he fields the ball out in front of his body. Kaimana fields the ball cleanly, works smoothly around the bag, and has an accurate arm to his target. Offensively, Kaimana has a simple approach and good bat speed. The ball jumps off the barrel of his bat and he uses the middle of the field. If Kaimana can avoid wrapping the bat and get more lower 1/2 rotation, strong offensive numbers can get even better. Overall Kaimana is a quality all around player with a bright future.
Rosebeck, Ethan | RHP | 5'11/180 | Cienega (AZ) HS
Ethan is a well built, RHP with a great presence on the mound. He has a fastball clocked as high as 88 MPH, which he delivers on a downhill plane with arm side run. Ethan has good balance throughout his delivery, he attacks hitters, and he gets good extension on his pitches. Ethan has a sharp curve ball, and a deceptive change to keep hitters off balance. Ethan delivers the ball with an effortless / easy arm action. He has all the tools to be a solid starting Pitcher at the next level.
Snyder, Eric | OF | 6/175 | Edison (CA) HS
Eric is a fast, athletic, OF with excellent play skills. In the OF, Eric has quick feet, fluid actions, and he works behind the ball well. He has a quick 1st step, he tracks the ball well, and he square his body to the ball. Eric has a good release and throws accurately with carry to his target. Offensively, Eric has a rhythmic swing, good bat speed, and he centers the ball well on the barrel. He keeps his hands inside the ball well and has a short to long swing. Eric can work the ball to all fields, and with less pre-pitch movements and more direct hands to the ball, power numbers can further improve. Eric is definitely a player to watch as he approaches his Senior year.
